About Power Yoga Canada

Power Yoga Canada is a network of independently owned yoga studios located across Canada. Each participating studio offers heated Power Yoga classes, workshops, yoga teacher training, retreats, and wellness experiences designed to support strength, mobility, mindfulness, and community.

Certain memberships, pricing, promotions, workshops, schedules, and studio policies may vary by location.

Refund & Cancellation Policies

Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions and personal training appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Reserved appointment times may be released if outstanding balances remain unpaid.

Workshops & Pre-Registered Programs

Workshop registrations, specialty programs and pre-registered courses are:

• non-refundable
• non-transferable

In exceptional circumstances, management may issue a studio credit at its sole discretion.

Yoga Class Passes

Class passes:

• remain valid for one year from purchase unless otherwise specified
• are non-refundable
• are non-transferable

Unused visits expire at the end of the validity period.

Unlimited Memberships

Unlimited memberships are valid only for the specific membership period purchased.

Unused time cannot be extended unless required by applicable law.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Studio-specific membership terms may apply.

Yoga Teacher Training

The $500 Teacher Training Application Fee is non-refundable.

Application fees cannot be transferred toward future teacher training programs unless otherwise approved in writing.

Additional Teacher Training payment policies may be outlined within the applicable enrollment agreement.

Retail Purchases

Yoga mats, apparel, books, accessories and other retail merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days provided they are:

• unused
• unopened
• undamaged
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds are only available when a replacement product is unavailable.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, online content, audio programs and video products are non-refundable.

If a purchased file is defective or inaccessible, please contact the studio where your purchase was made so we can provide a replacement.

Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• logos
• photography
• graphics
• videos
• class descriptions
• text
• branding
• designs

are the property of Power Yoga Canada or its licensors and are protected under Canadian copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.
